Bill has served as a Priest in the Diocese of Huron for over 20 years and brings with him a passion for proclaiming God’s way of love and striving to respect the dignity of every human being. Since his ordination in 2002 Bill has served parishes in Exeter and Grand Bend, Tillsonburg, St Jude’s, London and most recently has been appointed to serve as Rector here at St. John’s in January of 2024.
Throughout his years of priestly ministry Bill has always had a particular care and concern for the poor, the homeless and the marginalized and has strived to foster faith communities that are respectful, inclusive and accepting of the rich diversity of all God’s children.
Bill has a heart for pastoral care and authentic relationships with all members of the congregation. He has a deep love and appreciation for the sacraments of the Church and the rich tradition of Anglican worship. In his preaching Bill consistently reminds people of their worth and value to God and of our Baptismal calling to go out into the world in order to help others know how loved and valued they are too.
